Default My new home = SoCal

Made the trip and found a place. I heard Poway has the best schools in the SD area so I got an apartment there for a 12mo lease. At the end of the lease I should be familiar enough with the area and have found a nice house to buy.

I look forward to meeting you guys and seeing the "famous" Cali car shows.

Welcome to Kalifornia Jordan,
it's not all bad here. You will find that we can go from the ski slope to the beach in 4 hours or less and yes, a wide variety of car and truck shows.

u'll love it down here just lik anywhere else it will take some time to adjust but it's Cali so atleast the weather will be good....

so r u gonna make it down to our G2G on the 5th????

Ill be seein you out there, Im heading out this summer. The housing market has colapased so a place is gonna be cheap, can you afford to wait a year?

lol, yeah, they've dropped from 780K to 650K that's much better for a 2bdrm shack...lol, it stilll sucks

where Im going (lancaster) 4br 3ba and 2000+ sq ft. for under 170K... thats cheap for almost anywhere expecialy CA
