Kyle you can move out just east of Henry and Jason who live in the Tri-valley area in SF. I know there's some really good housing prices in cities between SF and SAC.

What's really good? 150,250,350,450, half a mil, ??? I know California really good and Wyoming really good are gona be 2 different things,

Just trying to get an idea of what to expect to pay for a house when I decide to buy one.

A 3 bedroom single story house and be bought in the high 100's/low 200's. A 2-3 year old 2000 sq ft house goes in the mid 200's. That is in Tracy, CA.

That's not too bad then, I could probably find a nice beat up foreclosure some where in the 100's and fix it up. I'm pretty good at that stuff. Just didn't want to move some place where you pretty much couldn't get a crack house for under 300K,
