idk about cheap but there really isnt anything by the track period, about a 15-20 min drive away to town

there is a dennys,dell taco,jack in the box,chevron,shell,ampm
all within walkin distance of those two.

those are on 7th standard and porterville hwy (hwy 65) hope on 65, head north make one left turn and yer at the track
