Ya, I make post in it about him bashing you for having a Cashiers Check and not cash when he's the one who didn't have the papers he needed and then it just pissed me off, so i decided to delete it and let this tool be... 
I'm sure he would have happily taken your CC though,

Wow I suddenly feel so much better! You're right! All that happened this time was that the bolts that hold the exhaust to the downpipe fell off and I drove the last 200 miles open downpipe. LOUD NOISES!!

Hey next time just let someone out here know and we can go check out the car for you. 700 mile road trip is fun IMO but paying for the gas sucks. I'll volunteer next time if you have another car out here you wanna get checked out.

are you still shopping for an f-body? if so i just found this and basicly its taking every ounce of self control and common sense in me to NOT buy ANOTHER f body its sooooooooo clean. http://www.norcal-ls1.com/forum/showthread.php?t=53387

That **** sounds shady as hell. It sucks you wasted the gas, but you're better off and at least you got some querks worked out of your truck. I don't understand why he was leary of taking a cashier's check from you. Did it say Bank of Chris or something? Did you write it in crayon? I would make the clown pay for your gas out there, that 408 aint cheap to operate.
So are you planning on becoming an f-body guy or just use it as a DD? I think about how much faster my ride would be if it were 1500lbs lighter all the time.
