Actually it looks like they have test and tune every Saturday. Most weekends it's shared with a points/bracket racing event, but it says that they run a test and tune lane as well. There's also dedicated test and tune days on Feb 9 and 23.

That should work. I think my GF's bike race is the weekend before. I think it'd be cool to have the 408 in by then, but we all know how that goes.
That's kind of an odd time. Do I tear into it now and try to get it in and tuned in time or just dick, I mean stick with the 4.8?
