Default Any Phoenx guys need a place to live?

I want to rent out one of my rooms. House is off of 7th Ave and the 101 in north central phoenix. Nice neighborhood, haven't heard of or seen any crime to speak of in the 6 months I have lived there (left the garage wide open three times now overnight and all my **** is still there the next morning). Asking $300 / month plus 1/2 utilities. My power bill is about $150 in the summer and $90 or so in the winter, water bill is generally $120 or so, cable is $90. I will take care of maintenance and upkeep. No partiers, I don't mind the occasional get together but I need someone clean. House is furnished except the available room. Anyone interested?

PS I have a compressor and air tools

I might be, I'm thinking about moving back down there after the first of the year. Don't know how long it would be staying though.

I'm not gonna tie anyone into a contract. I don't want someone for just one month or two but if you're only gonna be here a few months that would be fine, this will be flexible.

I also forgot to add that I have a nice side-yard with an RV gate and a concrete pad that would be perfect for working on a vehicle. Here are some pics of the house:
