well im trying to see what i can do to my 6.0 ive got the sts kit and meth kit. i bought a cam from a guy here and port and polished heads but having second thoughts about the cam. can anyone help me out....i use the truck as a dd.. so i dont want a cam thats to out there..im interested in the following...
pistons, lifter,new cam,rods, anything esle will help...anyone know where i can take it...due to deployments and training i can't do it myself thanks....

What cam. Why second thoughts on it?? As far as the things listed goes. Keep your lifters, replace push rods(if you swap cams). Everything else is good, besides your tranny, rear end hating you after you put the turbo on..

well im trying to find more hp...lol...im not sure what where the specs but im getting a 4l65 built to handle 700 rwhp...and 4.10 why because my trucks lifted on 35's

With a good tune, trans, rear. You won't have any probs wit putting a cam in it. It will still be a very reliable ride..
