Before you go off on all the rants, I have done PLENTY of research, and while I am an advocate of the cheaper 1911's, I want what I want

I am looking more towards the STI Trojan, or a CBOB, or SA Microcompact. Always loved the MC look.

 

Bud, I don't think you could go wrong with any of those choices. What will you be using it for?

 

carry and range. I currently carry a G23 and small .380's depending on weather and my attire.

MC would be a better choice for conceal, but that is not my deciding factor. If anything, I will continue carrying what I have and keep the 1911 for a safe queen and bragging rights.
