I have a question about reloading. The range i went to said they inspect all ammo used at the range and dont allow reloads or steel (whatever that is about). Is that normal?

Thats bout messed up.
Steel case stuff is imported. Much cheaper than brass stuff.
I wouldnt ever be allowed at that range haha. Reloads are 99.9999% what i shoot.

Most indoor ranges will only allow lower grain rounds... with reloads, they can't (and you can't) prove the grain.

That and they can't sue an unknown reloader if something were to happen I'd guess.

If i had a picture of what was goin on before this, you would understand haha..
These are the dies that resize the brass and seat the bullets for reloading.
I had them all in 3 diff boxes and it was getting aggravating trying to find the one die i needed..
So i got a 1" paddle bit and drilled a bunch of holes to sort them out. Well kinda.. i still gotta organize them by caliber.
