rguns has lowers for sale, and cheap

build it, you get way better quality for the price of some half-*** production gun.

You didn't say what you wanted it for?

Budget built

upper new $520 from PSA
lower new $110 from NFA (polymer)
optics $100 used vortex strikefire

not so budget

but only paid $1450 with my Eotech $1200 minues eotech.
ARP .223 wylde barred
MI SS GENII 15" rail
ARP bolt
ym carrier

don't pay any mind to the ugly FDE that looks out of place on my wife's rifle, was too good to pass up, it will get painted eventually.

Both do the job, but were built for different desires. weight and budget for hers.

You can still find companies not price gouging, stay away from gun broker, idiots are selling pmags for insane, and even dumber people are paying, when companies are still selling them at $12-$14 dollars, just got to NOT be lazy and look. Boise Tactical has been awesome and decided to not jump on the bandwagon, rguns has great deals on 6.8 lowers (unless your states mandates that you use caliber specific or you are OCD, nothing wrong with having a 6.8 lower on 5.56 upper/etc).
spikes lower
spikes enhanced LPK with battle trigger
magpul ubr
eotech 512
BCM mod3 charging handle

Thanks, if the frog lube works great, what package should I get via cleaning rods...

What is good in-expspensive ammo to shoot. I know with my Mosin I MUST stay away from WOLFE b/c it leaves to much powder behind.

Those AR are very Sexy here in NY can't do all the fun stuff. They were always lenient at my range...not sure how they will be now (it is state runned) with all this non sense going around. I couldnt build an AR bc it was too late alot of people jack up prices on parts!

Have this ar set up listed at 5k firm, some is suppose to check it out Thursday.

Yup, people here on Long Island are going crazy. There not an AR to be found on Long Island. All gun stores are back ordered people are going nuts, maybe Obama trying to stimulate the economy. Rumor people are buying AR bone stock for 3k. Just throwing it out there, make some money why not.

Colt, LWRC, and few LMT are top of the line Teir 1 stuff.. not too bad a price but wayy too much for just a rifle...

For lube.. i use to use Mobile 1 5w30 Synthetic
After i changed my oil id drain the bottom of the new jug into a lil dropper.. It lasted till the next oil change in the truck haha..

Somebody gave me a thing of Royal Purple gun oil, it works pretty good..

but best stuff ive used was Militec1
MILITEC-1 - The ONLY all-purpose synthetic metal conditioner and gun oil

heat the metal up and drop it on.. Works for a really long time and cleans up easy with brake cleaner.
