What exactly do you do with all that pork? You must have one big *** freezer! I wish it was that easy for me to get some pork for my smoker!

We cook bout every weekend at my buddys house, so it dont last long at all.
We smoked 2 hindquarters friday and yesterday for my buddys bachlor party. And made a drum of chili. Not a pot of chili. It was a 35 gal drum full, ended up having to stir it with a boat paddle. We just browned some of the hog meat and mixed it in.

I've got a lower that's waiting on a 300 BLK upper. Hoping to get in on a hog hunt at some point after it's done; gonna have to get out of AZ to find that though, and I've never gone out of state for hunting before so I'm not quite sure where to start.
