I agree, they are quieter then any pellet rifle of any speed. I just can't wrap my head around the price for the performance. I want a 7.62 can with 5/8-24 thread so I can use it on any of my rifles. The Grendel, 6.8, 6x45, 300WM. I'd pay $700-1000 for a can on those set ups. But to each his own, I don't hunt in any area's with enough population density that even a 22 mag and 17 HMR present a noise problem. I shoot CCI CB longs in my back yard and I have to say out of Savage the firing pin and the impact are louder then the muzzle.
