that would be Lake City stuff with a crimped primer.
Its hard to blow one of those primers. but it can happen.

 

usually it will lock up the gun.. ive had a primer get between the hammer and the sear.. it took a hammer to the charging handle to get the bolt back. chipped the corner of the hammer where it engagues the sear. Talk about fun
