If anyone is in Texas, specifically the south Texas area, I am currently looking for a '95 to '97, or a '98, Silverado, short bed, manual or auto, V-8, stock or slightly modified, in good condition, for around $5,000.

you know that a 95 isnt a vortec, dont know if that is what you are looking for?

 

Good point, but I'm not worried about it being a Vortech or not, I was just looking for a late model short bed, either that, or the same years F-body's.
