Default tuning for mileage

Vehicle: 03 f150, crew cab, 4x4, 3.73 geared, 5.4 liter. What is the best way to get some better mileage out of it. 14 is what it gets now. Is there anyway to get maybe even 17 out of it with a cai and a tune and exhaust?

CAI and tune might do it. Whether the exhaust helps or not depends on how restrictive the factory exhaust is. Worse case scenario you wake up the truck a bit and get the same mpg.
