Requesting Access Failed Ford 5.0 2014 F150
Trying to read a 2014 5.0 f150. Everytime during the "read entire vcm" command, it gets thru the gathering info, and validating license phase, the fails the requesting access phase everytime.
I'm at a loss for what the issue is. It also displays the correct VIN, but thinks its a 2014 GMC??
The truck year and motor is supported according to HP's website, and my software is up to date.

You likely need the beta.
Email support if you wish to use the beta software, then you can read it. If you have further issues, you email support with a log file and they can take it from there.
It's best to read up on the beta first, there are certain things that are different between the two. As well as certain things that arent allowed to work with the beta. Like you can't open 2.24 stuff on 2.25 and vise versa, pids and histogram stuff does not carry over etc etc.
