Default Fullsize Truck Weight Reduction Help

Hey gang I have an 07 4wd quadcab ram. I'm heading to ATCO next week, and the only track prep I've ever done is; remove tailgate, remove spare tire, remove bed cover, remove washer reservoir, 1/4 tank of gas, and 17s on DRs.

My question is it worth the hassle to remove my rear/passenger seats? I haven't ran my truck in a long time, so I want to have some good numbers in that cool Nj air. Any, and all feedback appreciated. Thanks. AATW!!

Weight reduction in a whole is worth it but this and that item doesnt do much

100lbs is typically 1/10th

So little items wont net much unless you add them all up

My truck was 15lbs at a time but all those extra 15lbs netted 800lbs in long run

Gotcha, so if I added seat removal to my usual track prep, as well as low amount of fuel, I'm guessing maybe 350lbs? Does that sound about right?

My rear seat for my crewcab wasnt that heavy..20-30lbs maybe...yours might be little more or same

Becareful with low fuel as you can starve motor on launch

Since youre talking small stuff, remove everything not needed
Change
Floormatts
Dvd or cds
Tailgate
Hitch
Spare
Overinflate front tires if running in 2wd

I'm hoping to be low 13s without spray. Seem far fetched based off my mods?

Black Friday test n tune was packed!!! 5 Hours and only got 3 runs in, ran a NA - PB of 13.4, so I should be easily in the 12s with spray.

I'm from NJ...went home for the holiday.
