You really don't want to take someone else's tune and flash it straight to your truck. Every vehicle is different. Maybe search the hptuners repository and take a few ideas from different tunes. You'll have to do some footwork and make your own tune. There a lots of information available to aid in tuning for beginners.

Do you have any knowledge of tuning? Where you live has a effect on the tune thus the reasoning for not just loading someone else's tune.

For as little of mods as you have, a stock tune is a good starting point.

no i mean we have it turned to stock shift points.

when i had the tranny built the man put some aftermarket solenoids in it and turned it up internally. so if we turn it up much more than stock it shift waayy to hard and we finally had to stop messing with it (ran out of time)

it would shift violently then throw a solenoid code.
im trying to turn the shift firmness up just a tad more when in t/h
