Default Would a Muffler warrant a retune?

I know people say headers needs a retune etc. But Im getting a tune for my headers and was going to using the stock muffler dumped imediately after. When I get a Corsa or Magnaflow it will be dumped the same way. Will that effect my tuning as well? OR will I be okay? Magnaflow website claims 13hp 19lb with just there catback on my engine. Plus all Ill be using is the muffler.

It will be fine without a tune for just a muffler
