ok Im gonna check out the dyno guy as soon as I can, if that doesnt work out and Ill go to nelson, what options should I take, remove all torque managment? or 80% or? how firm of a shift should i request? anything else, and Ill try and get the 93 octane, buts its going to hurt 93 octane is at like 1.14 a liter canadian

Premium fuel is only ~.20 cents more than regular. The added octane allows for better timing and more performance. Anything less, especially with a mail order tune is a waste of $$ imo.

.20 cents more a gallon for you guys, for us its about 10 cents more a liter, which is alot more, gas prices are alot worse up hear then the states

if you opt to get a mail order ask for 80% tqmgmt out, part throttle leave stock, wot quick shifts, go for the 91 tune then, but most tuners will know what they do for stock trucks or modded ones. good luck.

I thought that is why they have a low and high octane table? So you can use 91 octane, but still use 87 octane also. And you still might see a little bit more performance using the 91 octane. Am I right or wrong on this?

He can get a 93 tune and let the tuner know he wants his 87 tune in the low octane table. I've heard of some tuners copying the hi table over to the low table, then you're stuck if you get some bad gas or put the wrong octane in it.
