Which wideband and why???

Yes you will want/need one.
It can log data along with anything else they wish to log if it is setup that way. It's a must for dialing in WOT AFR and any other area's. I wouldn't trust blackbear with my vehicles but that's just me, after reading that other guys turbo thread it showed me he doesn't know exactly what he's doing and only guessing some of the time. Plus the lengthy wait periods, screw that.
Either of those widebands should work, the newest AEM's are some of the best on a market now too. They allow you to datalog straight through the CAN.

Not a guru, first off..... To my limited knowledge, the wideband gives more accurate lean and rich readings, where the narrowband is only really somewhat accurate at stoich, tuning with a wideband is more accurate.

The tuner.
One way a wideband can used to help is to create a "Error" to find out how far off you are from the target AFR. That's where you'd be able to make adjustments for bringing in more fuel or taking fuel away depending on the situation.
It's also there so you can watch it and see what is going on. Say if you notice it running from 11.5 AFR under boost into the 12-13's over even leaner you would be able to see it and get out of the throttle before damage was done.
