Default Wideband in Dual Exhaust?

I am looking to get a wideband sensor for my 8.1, soon to be FI. It has duals all the way back to the muffler. Will I have to run a two sensor setup for one guage?

No, 1 WB is fine. You can not control fuel from one side to the other anyway, so as long as there isn't a major mechanical problem, the motor should show the same WB reading from either bank, or close to it.

You'll want it on the driver side because #7 will go lean first.
