1st, it seems your LTFTs are on the high side, they seem to be floating around the +9 mark quite a bit. This could indicate a few things from what i understand. Leak in the intake between the MAF and the manifold, or maybe some injector problems?
2nd, you have some wierd fluxuation going on in your MAF readings. In both of your logs, it looks as if you have pegged the throttle (WOT) and are just letting it run up the scale. Well, there seems to be quite a few peaks and valleys in both your MAF (Hz) and MAF (Grams/s) readings. Your TPS is constant at 100% and your RPMs are climbing steady, but your MAF readings seem to go up and down inconsistantly. It would seem that your grams/s and your Hz should be climbing steadily just as your MPH and RPMs climb....but they dont, they dip in spots.
Also, in 2 instances where you came into some KR, your spark advance actually increased (log2 frames 62 - 63) and (log1 frames 204 - 205). maybe something is up with your high/low octane table. Really hard to say for sure without seeing the tune, but like Justin said, if its Jesse's you may want to get permission first. Remember, this is all stuff that looks wierd to ME and may mean nothing, im just a novice at this stuff so i look forward to someone explaining a few of these things to me too.
Still need to change that knock recovery rate table though..

What you'll want to do (initially) is log the RAFIG PIDs.
GM.IAC_LTD_DMA.gps
GM.IAC_STD_DMA.gps
CALC.RAFIG
That'll tell you how much you need to add or remove from your desired airflow table to get it to idle properly. Also, check the timing and desired idle speeds.
And I agree with what Whippled says about your tune, with the exception of the knock recovery. Although I'm different than many, I prefer to let the recovery drag on a bit so long as it will help prevent multiple knock events from occuring.
Do you have a de-screend MAF? If so, I'm afraid you'll need to replace it as the signal is not clear. Otherwise, looks like it could use a cleaning.
Get that MAF fixed up, then address the KR.

Secondly, no I do not have a descreened MAF, but it has never been cleaned in 2 years so that may be an issue.
As far as my idle problem, it is only for 2-3 seconds before it goes back to the normal 700 rpm idle I have it set at.
I don't have a wideband, just FYi so I may not be able to do all the logs you suggested I do.
Thanks a ton everybody for helping out

And out here we don't believe in grades. Grades are a form of putting people into classes and all people are equal...
