I'm running it. It's good times 
Truck feels much stronger; haven't taken it to the dyno yet for an "after" result, but if I had to put a number on it, 40-50rwhp I'd guess.
In Houston at Kroger on Voss, the scan showed 75%.
Off the top of my head...
Advantages:
Runs cooler b/c of water content (great for FI)
Resists knock and detonation much more (great for FI)
About 110 octane so can add a bunch more timing (great for everyone)
Smells cool
You can tell girls you are going green by using renewable energy (even though you drive a big truck/SUV)
Disadvantages:
30-40% loss in mpg
Smells funny
Not readily available
Needs bigger injectors and possibly fuel pump
If you aren't a flex fuel, you would have to change your tune to run anything else (flex fuels have a high octane, a low octane and an e85 table and can detect the mixture and adjust accordingly)

id love to run on this , its pretty easy to find around here.

The fuel supply for forced induction just seems crazy.
-10 or dual -8 feeds required, correct?
Would dual bosch 044's even work? I don't plan on doing this (fyi), if I do it's on a naturally aspirated application just to run the local e70 and see how bad the mileage hit really is.
If I put the procharger back on or the tvs2300 I'm planning on with, I'm not sure I have enough injector with a rising rate (boost) FPR.
What size injector would an 8-12psi 370ci application require? 100 lb/hr?
