For reference, I am running Ford Racing 42# injectors that are stock on the Ford GT, but have been adjusted by Fuel Injector Connection to flow 75# at 53.1psi (flex fuel pressure). I have the stock flex fuel pump with a Kenne Bell Boost-a-Pump and return style fuel system. At WOT with the mods in my sig, I am seeing 68% IDC on E85.

Since things change over time, current mods in sig: 2003 Tahoe Z71 5.3 Flex: Radix, 3.0", CTS-V h/e, LPP LT's, KB BAP, 75# inj, Wheatley E85 tune, 40k cooler, servos, HD2, 05 fans

I've been checking around and no one really wants to tune anything with E85 in it. If you are using race version E85 in a barrel they will but nothing out of the pump because of inconsistent variations in content. Maybe I will scrap the idea??

For a boosted application I think E85 is a no brainer, essentially race fuel for cheaper than unleaded prices....

Yeah it would be great, but it varies so much from E70-E85. I've heard even worse at times. How are you supposed to tune for that? Trying to keep the content at a certain % will be a full time job.

I wonder if it just varies from gas station to gas staion, if that's the case then just find one that has a consistent mix and stay loyal to it, if it varies each time there vendor's fill there tanks then i don't know how you would battle that...

It doesn't vary like that at all around here and I've tested the E85 myself at damn near every station in my area that has it available. It's been consistent right around 70% no matter which station or what time of the year it is.
