Default Wheatley Or Efilive???

Im ready to get a custom tune for my truck, but I dont know who I should get to do it. Ive heard mostly good things about Wheatley tunes but I recently found a guy who does EFILive/Wideband tuning locally for $175. I dont know much about this program but im sure some of you do. Which is gonna be the most bang for my buck? Any help would be appreciated.
thanks

i think as good as wheatley's tunes are you'd be hard pressed to beat an in person tune done with someone knowledgible using efi-live or hptuners. the someone knowledgible being the big key.

depends if you want to take the time to learn it or pay an established tuner for a tune. personally i would buy the efi live or HPT get a tune then learn from there. the efi dealer gave me a free tune to go with the truck when i bought the efi live programe. i have since built and custommized to my likeing.
not to mention the fine tuning i can do as well

First of all, welcome to the forum!
Just because the guy has EFIlive does not mean he has the skill or experience to tune your truck. I would trust only an established tuner with mine, not to say this other person doesn't but you don't mention his name. Wheatly has a loyal following of customers.
An in-person (live) tune will always be better than a mail order tune, skill level constant.

I am the EFILive tuner. I have done several vehicles, but I can understand his concern, I have done a bunch of guys cars in the Southern section on LS1Tech. It's always good to ask around.
