I just finished installing a 6L and 4l80e from an '05 2500 into my '03 1500 and did the wiring changes for the tranny. I got a stock tune from the hp-tuners website for the 3/4 ton. Is there a way i can just write the entire tune or do i have to buy more credits for this tune? Tried plugging my serial # into the 3/4 ton tune but i guess they wouldn't sell many credits if that worked, ha ha! Is there a different way to work the 4l80e into my old tune and just modify the tables for my new, larger engine? Any help would be great, itchin to get it going!!

 

You have to make a segement swap to make it work. Check hptuners forum I am sure someone will help you fix it look for EC_tune he has done them in the past.
