i have been reading the sticky on this and im confused. i want to tune my 383 im building but im lost. is there someone that can explain in newbie terms or at least help me set up a safe baseline to start with?

im buying HP Tuners to start tuning with.

building a 383 stroker with 10.5:1 compression PRC stage 2.5 ls6 heads and a texas speed 224 cam. i have long tubes with high flows, tbss intake, 90mm throttle body, flowmaster 40 series, stage 3 4L65E trans and im buying a 3600 rpm stall, 4.11:1 gears and a detroit tru trac.
