I am new to tuning, I have had hp tuners for about 2 months now,and all I have been able to get what I thought was straight was my STFT I used the stickey in the tuning section and got all my trims down to pretty much 0 +/- 3 but when I use the scanner and log I see numbers all over the place, bank 1 and bank 2 fuel trims going in different directions, KR at part throttle, and all kinds of what looks weird to me. All I have done to the tune is mess around with tq mgmt, raise shift points, and play with the STFT ve. pretty much everything else is stock. Can someone take a look at this log and give me an Idea of where to go. My plan today was to try to do some maf tuning I inserted the maf hz in the pid put I could not get it to come up in the histogram only in the chart. any help would be greatly appreciated. 12-8-3.hpl

Well first thing...You can't really tune VE with just your STFT's those are gonna be all over the place all the time. They are short term and constantly changing. You need to be using the LTFT's to tune the VE table. Actually you can use both and Marcin (redhardsupra) has a nice spreadsheet on his blog for using both. http://redhardsupra.blogspot.com/ Check out the VE tuning spreasheet!
I can't really see anything specific that is causing the big spike in KR on the log. Is it audible knocking or are the sensors picking up some other noise?
It looks like you need bigger injectors as you are at ~94%+ at WOT. Also a wideband would help a lot and is really the only way to accurately tune for WOT fueling.
If you can post up your tune file that will help.
