tuning/fueling issue

tuning/fueling issue
the o2 sensors are telling the computer to change fueling on one bank more then the other which is making a misfire and difficult to tune. th2 o2 sensors are in the down pipe close to each other so they should be seeing the same thing.
any ideas and what to check or change or do?
