Lightbulb tunin question

So i got rid of my superchips (cortex) for my 4.8L and im defitnaly planin on gettin a tune from wheatley. so my question is wut kind of power are you guys making for those who have a tune from wheatley or Nelson? my mods are as follow:K&N intake,pacesetter headers,posi,4:10 gears and 31 inch on the wheels. thanks and im also open to suggestions and advice i stay in the 818 in SoCal

Holy mother of large type Batman!

Welcome to the forum tuning will give you a ~35hp boost over stock. Go to the track and tell us what you ran before/after the tune!

will do, with my cortex i had a 13 hp gain and bout 20 tq gain and i knw ive seen you traver1t say get rid of you hand held programer and get a custom tune so thats exactly wut ima do.and b4 i was doin like low 15's wit the cortex so im hopin to gain like half or a whole second

there's not much chance that you will drop a full second, that would be like a 100hp gain but maybe drop .3 seconds just tuning alone.

dual tune is where the tuner tunes both octane tables(high/low).for example 87/89 tune or 89/91 or 89/93.id just stick with the highest octane.there's not much gain from an 87 tune IMO.
