You get 8 credits with HPTuners. All trucks, F body's etc. use 2 credits except the LS2's, those you'll need 4 credits each

how much do the credits cost? and how do you get them? also is there a better more user friendly tuner that would be better.

your initial $499 or $649 gives you 8 credits automatically to use at your leisure.

you can purchase additional credits for $49.99 each via your customer login page.

you won't find a more tuner friendly system then hptuners, but you'll get out of it what you put in.
