I know it sounds stupid but did you hook all the grounds up? I forgot one on my swap and I thought I had a whole bunch of electrical problems. Hooked up the ground and it was good to go.

That is a good point too, although it seams strange it only affects one cylinder, I would expect a bank. but non-the-less electrical does strange things when it's left to find it's own ground...

ya im pretty sure all my grounds are connected the cab to the motor the batter to the motor harnesses to the motor about 4 grounds or so all together. im hopen i didnt fry the computer because now i can even pull a code with the code reader i got. and everythings acting all crazy like the lights wont turn off. i think u burnt up one of them relays (grey lil boxes) under the hood in that box. should i go get new ones cause i switched them all around and its still the same thing so that dosnt seem like the answer. im thinking the worse and i fried the comp. the fan dosent even come on when the keys on anymore. weird started friday and sat. but sunday it just wouldnt fire.

Figured it out whats was wrong with the #6. During disassemble of the blown motor. someone pulled one of the wires out of the injector plug on #6. so i soldered a new plug in off an extra harness i had.
