Default Tune Problem MAYBE???

alright finally fired my truck last night. everything was good no big problems till we realized Number 6 cylinder wasnt firing. so we swapped coils. then injectors and nothing. Got a noid light today tried that no light at all. Hooked the scanner up got 3 codes then 2 codes and now 6 codes
  • Fuel Tem. sensor A circuit malfunction
  • Shift solenoid D malfunction
  • Unkown SAE trouble code description
  • H025 Heater o2 sensor
  • Injector Circuit Malfunction

all i did was replace the blown 6.0 that was in there with one with a 224r cam, long tube headers, and a ecm preliminary tune. every cylinder fires just not number 6. and when i pluged the noid light into number 6 it didnt even light up at all

check wiring, or find the pin location of number 6 from the pcm connector and check there

so i check out all the wires back to the computer they seem fine. Would bad software or improper tune cause this? maybe a bad computer? I'm leaning towards a improper tune. please anyone chime in and throw me a bone. I have spark but no fuel and no signal coming out of the plug too injector "borrowed a noid sensor

Now after checking the injector wires, and then the connection on the computer (I DISCONECTED THE BATTERY BEFORE I DISCONNECTED THE COMPUTER) Now fan runs when the keys out or not at all, wont even think about starting, and with the key out the radio just keeps playing, IDK what the hells going on but apparently my computers messed cause the inticator light for the shifter isnt working, the lights stay on. i should just sent it out to one of the tunners on here

Well if you dont have any supply for the injector directly at the ecm it has to be the ECM or you need to recheck the pin locations and make sure you are checking the right pins....

You keep going back to the tune. I highly doubt it has anything to do with the tune, the fact the engine runs would lead me to believe that the issue is elsewhere. I also find it hard to believe the ecm it's self is bad, but it can happen, just really rare....

Did you pulled the covers off the connectors at the pcm? What method did you use to "check" the wires and pins?
