Tune out EVAP in efi-live?

Tune out EVAP in efi-live?
For various reasons, I no longer have an EVAP system on my truck. I've gotten the codes for the EVAP tuned out so the light doesn't come on, but how do I get the PCM to pass inspection? It seems to be in a perpetual state of not completing diagnostics (it's only EVAP that doesn't complete- O2S is fine)
