Default Tune for a mostly stock setup?

My truck is basically stock, mods in sig. Would I benefit from a mail order tune in terms of gas mileage? I don't really care about power, although I don't want to lose any. If a tune will give me an extra 1-2 mpg then that is totally worth it.

Right now my truck gets 16-17mpg mostly highway. It went down 1-2 mpg after the LS1 cam swap, intake, and e-fans, which I thought was very odd...

Thanks!

Should regain what you lost I would think, possibly plus a little bit, but I'm far from a tuning expert. Even though the LS1 cam isn't radically different than the stock 5.3 cam, a tune would definitely help it.
