Yeah I tend to look at the SD airflow stuff over the maf. The maf is all greek to me. I told him with a wideband we could really get it lined out. Our main focus was idle help. He said he liked the way it drove so I changed very little things in the trans tables. I assumed the 400 dollar tune before mine had hit these high points.

I did add Tp to the later logs. I hadnt used the software and for some reason all my deafault pids were kinda screwy? maybe and upgrade changes them or, altered the file?

I run OLSD. Im well aware of how to make commanded = actual. Thats how mines has been effectively set up NA and boosted for over 1.5 years.....

I think my MAF is screwed up... I have always been able to tune it via the wideband, no issues there... But here recently i was trying to figure out my idling problems, so i left the truck in SD with all the trims turned off. As a result the truck runs ALOT better, it is wierd... I have not had time to investigate it more, but i think it is because in SD my air mass was referencing different spots/regions of my spark table... I dunno... I have not had time to investigate it, maybe this weekend. Anyways, after driving it around like this for a few days, i am thinking about switching back to COS3 and taking the MAF off.

Corey, I'd like to add some food for thought........

Your talk about the MAF is what brings me to run SD on my truck. It runs better with the MAF disabled, is more responsive (razor sharp) and for me is much easier to tune. What I'd like you to know (and maybe you can figure out) is that when I'm in SD mode, I can never hit more than .40 g/cyl under WOT. Since this is the case, I have a very low resolution spark table. For me it works fine, however if there's more on the table I'll take it. I think this has something to do with the default SD mode in the GM OS. If I upgraded my HPT OS to their 1bar SD tune, I think I would gain resolution back and it'd run as if the MAF was enabled....

I'm not a tuning pro, just thought I'd share my experience with you, that's all

FWIW, I attached some logs of me driving around with my 90mm intake installed and doing some WOT runs. I don't want to get off track but let me know what you think as far as the logs and the input recorded........
