You cant go wrong with either!!!!

Never heard a bad thing about Wheatley..

Justin has helped me a ton with my tuning questions and he knows his stuff..

Just talk to both them and see what they say..
Both great guys to deal with!!

I'd pimp Justin but Wheatley is a great guy and does his share of forum technical support as well. You certainly have yourself a problem there. Both use different platforms for software.

I'd go with Blackbear just for the simple facts that:
1.)he takes away a lot of the guessing by doing a cable tune
2.)I'm 95% sure he doesn't lock his tunes, when Wheatley does.

FWIW. I would have ordered from Wheatley if he didn't lock his tunes. Nelson too.

Check their sites....
Thats up to you.. id order the tune for your future mods and when you put them on stick the PCM in and go from there..

Just send both them a email and tell them what your lookin for..

Justin (BlackBear) ALL of the way! He's very professional, very knowledgable, and to top if off, he's never too busy for his customers, unlike some others!!!! matter of fact, let me rephrase that..he's never too busy to offer help to anyone. i havent purchased a tune from him and he has supplied me with more information than anyone ive ever spent money with.
