Default truck wont start.need help!

so I just swapped out trans and converter,I took off the starter but didnt unhook the battery.as I was unbolting the power and ground wires the wrench made contact with them and made some sparks,I didnt think anything of it but now when I go to start the truck it makes a buzzing sound and just clicks when I turn it over.Could I have fried the pcm?

ok I will try that but why is there a buzzing coming from the fuse panel when I turn the key on and all the lights on the dash flicker?

Have you checked the fuses? Is the starter installed correctly and not in a bind? Is the battery dead?

Unbolt the starter and place it on a cinder block and turn the key..... See of it engages or if its stuck.
