Also check the cam sensor connection...
I got a low voltage warning when trying to flash, but other than that it seems to be okay.

We are going to update some ETC tables today for the ls2 tb, and im hopeful that cures it.

Mine has a similar hiccup, I think the IAC is not moving aggressively enough and the engine will occasionally stall after lightly tapping the gas with the AC on.

I'm using the LS2 90mm with a conversion harness from katech engine. Im going to swap in my westers tune to make sure its not mechanical.

It sounds like the tune to me... That Circle D 4c converter is small and lite weight, which causes the idle to be really really touchy.... I would make sure you have B4349 (ETC Throttle Area Conversion) set accordingly for the 90mm TB. Then i would take a long look at your desired airflow and Throttle follower tables... I bet if you added say 5% to desired airflow it would help... After that you really need to take a look at the throttle follower and throttle follower decay settings, decrease the decay settings so it comes down slower....

Adding those small diameter TC are similar to adding a light weight fly wheel on a manual car...

Good post, we're thinking similarly...I've already played with those parameters in the manner you've suggested to no avail. I'm just going to go ahead and dial in the desired airflow correctly based on logged parameters (STIT, LTIT, etc.). I also have a feeling that the fact the TB is ported and polished is wreaking some havoc on things. This isn't the standard 87mm truck TB, it's an LS2 90mm, so it's similar to the c5 vette system and swap.

I also happened to check battery voltage and it was sitting at 13.2v at idle, and between 13.2-13.4 while driving. It seems low, but is of unknown significance at this time given no obvious electrical symptoms.

I think you need to work the TF and TC tables more. I had the exact same issue way back when i had that 9.5 loose **** converter.
