Truck hunts for idle ????

It isn't all the time, only some times, esp on rainy or damp days, after i blip the gas.. It trys to find idle, I often have to give it the slightest bit of throttle to let it settle down or it will die.. I do not have any logs of it, just looking for some insight of poss things.. BTW the vacuum at idles is 14-15, is a MAF tune.. I havn't bothered Justin cause I know he is busy, but def need to get down to him.. Thanks

I've had that problem regardless of the weather. Had to adjust the throttle cracker and throttle follower.
