Default Trouble naling down VE

Ibeen having trouble nailing down my VE to +/- 2. It seems to seem fairly steady above 1600 rpms thru 3600 rpms. But 800, 1200, and 4000 seem do jump back and fourth extremely high then extremely low. ive been using the lsi tuning guide with a dynojet wide band 02 sensor to do my tuning so far. Is it recommended to tune under 4000 with fuel trims or a wideband, also with everything i have done to the vehicle im tuning(MY SIG vehicl)do i need to adjust the injector flow rate vs kpa before i tune ve, pe, maf, Or is it ok set at stock(21.8). ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT. THANKS

It will be hard to determine what your problem is without a log. What tuning software are you using? I would first check the basics like steady fuel pressure, and no intake or exhaust leaks. Even if you were running opened headers and the O2 sensor was too close to the atmosphere air it can cause problems. Where is the wideband mounted? How erratic are the readings? Is your battery voltage fluctuating in that RPM range? There is a table to adjust the injectors vs voltage.
