trouble codes????????

well after resetting the codes i drove it aroung for about 20 minute on the highway and on the city streets. then i checked it for codes again and nothing came up so far. do you think that was a long enough drive for the p0102 code to show back up? what about the p0300?
i hope the p0102 is causing the p0300.

well i got the p0102 code off for good but the p0300 still comes on. the p0300 only comes on if i turn on the truck and leave it standing idle. and thoughts to this. ive tried to get a hold of my tuner but have had no luck.
