Default Trouble code

A while after getting my transmission rebuilt, the truck threw a code for "Shift solenoid B stuck on". When this happened, I took it back to the transmission shop and the tech installed all new shift solenoids, just in case another one did this. However, a few weeks later, the truck threw the very same code, for the same shift solenoid. I was thinking maybe the new solenoid was bad from the manufacturer, but the transmission man thought it might be a short in the harness somewhere, so he cleared the code and said he would do some checking on this problem and see what he could do. Well, it just did it again, probably a week after the second time. This is becoming annoying, because when it throws the code, it wont shift out of overdrive unless you manually shift it, and the converter wont lock up. Also, if I let it sit for a while, say overnight, the SES light stays on, but the tranny will function normally... It shifts like it should and locks the converter. Have any of you had any problems like this after a transmission build? Or have you heard of anything like this? If so, any possible solutions? Thanks guys.
