Been talking about things in my transmission class today and had a thought that crossed my mind so I figured I'd post the idea up here. I know some people are tuning the Tow/Haul button to use on the dyno to lock the converter/trans in 3rd gear. Is it possible to tune it instead to hold the transmission in 1st and Reverse and esentially use the Tow/Haul button as a trans-brake for racing at the track?

 

No......I thought of that idea too though
