Trans Torque Converter Lock up

Trans Torque Converter Lock up
I have done my LS transplant in my 96 Chevy, RCLB, 2wd PU with a 4L60E.
The engine is a mild 5.3 bored to 5.7 with a small Comp cam. I am using a aftermarket harness and A 411 PCM that has been reflashed. All is well it starts and runs great. But, the TC locks up at first movement.
Fixed!! Found that the "T" lead from the 4L60E was not pinned to the right place in the 411. Swapped 2 wires - all is well,
