tranny not shifting right anything to do with these codes

Default tranny not shifting right anything to do with these codes
my 99s trans is shifting very unconsent is it anything to do with this codes even if not what do thay mean and how can I fix em the codes are p0106 P0123 and P1121 I kbnow two are to do with the tps sensor I just put a new won in it could that be the problem thanks guys

My 05 did the same thing shifted weird ended up being the mass air flow sensor a nap sensor can make Ur trany shift weird to
