I'm glad you replied, now atleast I know what part controls it. I just used a buddy's better code reader and it did pull up one code. It pulled up P0650

P0650 = Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) Control Circuit

Basically an Issue with your check engine light circuit.

Would you know of how/where to check where the fault is? I don't have any lights on that aren't supposed to be except the "Traction off" is staying on all the time. I've cleared the code twice and the "traction off" stays on no matter how many times I mash the button and no matter which switch I swap out ( I have the stock switch that I did a LED conversion in and 2 Stock switches I ordered on ebay) I can clear it and it won't kill power when it spins, the "Low traction" doesn't come on but the "Traction off" stay on,and I can check for a code and it doesn't have any codes , but after a few miles of driving it will start back doing the same thing it has been, the "Traction off" stays on, when it spins the "Low traction" light flashes and it kills power, and the code is back when I check.

You need more then just a code reader or generic scanner.

You need something that can access the different modules like the factory scan tool.

If the speedo and wheel speed are off by 15% or more it should throw code related to wheel revolutions and/or abs type code.

You definitely need a tune to get the speedo straight and turn off (disable traction control and/or abuse mode......at your risk, mind you) the traction control and/or abuse mode or make it less sensitive.
