TPS will not read 100%, only reading 60% (3.0V) at WOT

Good Catch. I didn't consider that one.

Time2Kill Did you Flash over the original tune when the trans set up changed to a 4L80E???

Did you use a factory tune or a segment swap for a 4L80E, or are you using a 4L60e Tune with the relay method???

I had HPTuners do a Segment Swap for the 4L80E. I have tried Write Entire, Write Calibration, went back to the original tune before the 4L80E, all give the exact same reading.

The customer is ready to rip the 6.0L out and drop in a carbbed 350. We spent all weekend going thru the harness and trying different things.

We currently have the entire engine harness off the car. The ONLY thing connected is Power to the PCM, Pin 1/40 on both connectors to battery negative, and the TPS sensor. Every other Sensor/connector is disconnected. It still wont read over 65%. I am TOTALLY baffled as to what the problem could be. The PCM and Throttle body both read fine on every other vehicle I swap them to.

Using my DMM, I get the exact same voltage reading (2.8 to 3.2v depending on the TPS sensor) at the TPS sensor that the PCM reads when at WOT.

Tune is a DBW tune. Like I said, it worked perfectly fine in another car before being swapped to this truck.

Also doesn't explain why the PCM and Throttle body both read fine when I swap them to any other vehicle.
