On a stock 60E transmission,I personally like to leave some TQ managment active,I DO believe in stock form they need it.Sure you can take it all out,BUT is it best? Not really no,unless it is Built by a builder who knows what they are doing!!

I'm not exactly sure what Wheatley did on my tune, I had been trying to get in touch with him a few months ago about some retune ? But I can say with tow/haul active it holds gears longer under part throttle and seems to shift harder. Like I said I'm not exactly sure how he tuned it but I activate tow/haul when racing and it seems to run better??

He just bumped up the parameters a bit to coincide with your tune.
